Service Description
In this series of 5 two-hour sessions, clients learn about and practice specific communication strategies that they can deploy to anticipate, prevent, and effectively repair conflict related to communication. What to expect: Session 1 - Gain an overview of your particular communication challenges, build a co-constructed goal, and learn a guiding framework to make the dynamic the problem (instead of each other). Session 2 - Learn principles to co-construct a shared language and a transparent agreement re: how you'd like to treat each other. Session 3 - Learn how to talk about serious issues and big feelings without it turning into a fight. Session 4 - Learn how to anticipate conflict before it happens, and build durable agreements to prevent predicable conflicts from popping up in the future. Session 5 - Build a plan for sustainable collaborative communication.
